Where do you deliver?
Do you offer rentals and staffing?
We deliver within the DC metro area which includes D.C., Maryland, Virginia. We deliver within 50 miles of our kitchen.
What is your cancellation policy for delivery?
Yes! Our team includes catering captains, chefs, servers, and bartenders. Our event planner can work with you to determine and source any additional rentals you may need to complete your event.
Do you have a minimum order?
If notice is received prior to 12 pm 5 business days prior to the delivery, the client receives a full refund.
If notice is received at 12 pm or later 2 business days prior to the delivery, the client owes 50% of the total invoice cost.
If notice is received at 12 pm or later the business day before the delivery, the clients owes 100% of the invoice.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express, check, and bank transfer.

How far in advance do I need to pay?
To secure your event, we need to receive full payment at least 7 days in advance

How far in advance should I place my order?
Please note during our busy season, you may need to place your order well in advance.
For delivery orders, we recommend placing your order a least 1 week in advance.
For full service events, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance
For large events that require full staffing, we recommend you place your order at least 30 days in advance.
I need bartending services? Who provides the alcohol?
