Founded in 2012, Très Creole uses authentic creole flavors in everyday dishes. As a full service catering company based in Washington DC, we pride ourselves on our quality and service to ensure your event is unforgettable. 

Chef Eric Tyson is a Baton Rouge, LA native. Starting as a young baker to satisfy his sweet tooth, Eric evolved into a passionate chef with a devotion to bring a fresh perspective on Cajun-Creole food to Washington D.C.
